INFORMATION YOU NEED TO KNOW

In the UK, the average amount of time needed to complete a bachelor’s level degree is approximately 3 years, but in some cases, it could take up to 4 or 5 years depending on the course.

There are different types of bachelor’s degrees offered in the UK, we are here to help you choose the appropriate program.

What are the requirements to study a bachelor's degree?

The biggest requirement for studying an undergraduate course is having a diploma or foundation study certificate. However, the grade required will differ between the universities and the chosen courses.

UK universities also accept a number of different high school qualifications, such as A-Levels, International Baccalaureate and Advanced Placements. Students from the Middle East such as Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE, Oman and Kuwait need to have a suitable High School Certificate (Al Thanaweya).

Students who do not meet the English proficiency certificate such as IELTS can still get a conditional offer. Once the student meets the conditions mentioned on the conditional offer, the offer is converted to an unconditional offer. Students with an International Baccalaureate Diploma can start from the first year directly without the need of the Foundation program, but it depends on the university or course selected.
